Estrella Damm Inedit Lager

The first beer created to accompany food, developed for sharing at the tables of the world’s finest restaurants. Created by a unique collaboration with the world renowned chef Ferran Adrià and his team at “El Bulli” restaurant. Estrella Damm Inedit is a unique combination of barley and wheat malts, hops, coriander, orange peel, liqorice, yeast and water. A second fermentation takes place after bottling leading to natural sedimentation to cause a cloudy appearance in the liquid. The result is a unique beer which is slightly cloudy, fruity to the taste and with floral notes. Pronounced intensity with a complex aroma and an opaque appearance. Very fruity and floral on the nose, leaving a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. On the palate, delicately carbonic with a fresh and creamy texture and a soft full body. Long and mild finish. Serve Inedit at the table chilled, in an ice bucket. Pour into a white wine glass, taking care not to fill more than half glass in order to appreciate all its virtues.
